At Mazars, to “Be Visible” means taking a proactive approach to demonstrating leadership while empowering others through shared knowledge. Our Be Visible campaign highlights women leaders who embody the core values and principles that the firm seeks to promote.   Women make up almost half of employees in CPA firms, but only a fraction of partners and principals. Currently 24% of all partners are female in accounting and consulting firms in the US; and this low number is of great concern to the AICPA. The Women at Mazars is a central part of the firm's strategic plan to enhance the development and retention of women leaders, creating an environment where all of our best and brightest excel.
