The Women@Mazars is a central part of the firm’s strategic plan to enhance the development and retention of women leaders, creating an environment where all our best and brightest excel. 
 


Women@Mazars is a long-term effort supporting the full potential of women leaders at Mazars through education, awareness, and improving visibility of and access to role models. We actively engage all men and women at the firm, building diverse teams to enhance the growth of the firm and the individual.

 


To “Be Visible” means taking a proactive approach to demonstrating leadership while empowering others through shared knowledge. Our Be Visible campaign highlights women leaders who embody the core values and principles that the firm seeks to promote. PCS for Women
The financial needs of today’s women are complex. On average, women live longer than men and can require as much as three times the investment in long-term care. At the same time, many women have become the primary breadwinner or sole earner in their households or may be handling finances for the first time in the wake of a death or divorce. We address the specific needs of women – whether they are single, married, divorced or widowed.

We are a proud sponsor of Women in Innovation (W.IN) which helps aspiring leaders from a variety of backgrounds reach their highest potential, achieving professional success and happiness, and to becoming the most innovative and inclusive leaders they can be!
