The Women at Mazars is a central part of the firm’s strategic plan to enhance the development and retention of women leaders, creating an environment where all of our best and brightest excel.

Women at Mazars is a long-term effort supporting the full potential of women leaders at Mazars through education, awareness, and improving visibility of and access to role models. We actively engage all men and women at the firm, building diverse teams to enhance the growth of the firm and the individual.


     Initiatives We Support  
PCS for Women
The financial needs of today’s women are complex. On average, women live longer than men and can require as much as three times the investment in long-term care. At the same time, many women have become the primary breadwinner or sole earner in their households or may be handling finances for the first time in the wake of a death or divorce. We address the specific needs of women – whether they are single, married, divorced or widowed.
  
WECNY

The Women’s Executive Circle of New York (WECNY) has collaborated with Columbia Business School to help improve the standing of women in business leadership positions. Together, they have conducted a series of quantitative research studies that evaluate the state of women in executive positions in the top 100 public companies headquartered in New York. Mazars is a proud sponsor of WECNY, which was co-founded by Mazars partner, Candace Quinn.

Mazars and the French National Committee for UN Women have the pleasure to invite you to immerse in the daily lives of some 2,400 women from 3 different generations (Generation W, born between 1945 and 1960, Generation X born between 1961 and 1980, and Generation Y born between 1981 and 1995), in 108 countries: Welcome to the Women’s planet!
  


 

To “Be Visible” means taking a proactive approach to demonstrating leadership while empowering others through shared knowledge. Our Be Visible campaign highlights women leaders who embody the core values and principles that the firm seeks to promote. Find out what words of advice they offer to future leaders on being successful.
